EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR | EVENT DESIGNER

Joseph Cancilla is an Event Designer with over 21 years of experience in live events, production, entertainment + experiential environments. He leads Hana Events + Experiences with a focus on clarity, precision, and intentional design—building events that work smoothly behind the scenes + land emotionally in the room.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Joseph brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to complex event environments. His background shows up in how teams are led, how safety + logistics are handled, and how high-pressure moments are executed without chaos.

Over the years, Joseph has contributed to + led experiences for TEDx Ogden, Resorts World Las Vegas, NHL + NFL events, Stadium of Fire, and the Burning Man Fire Conclave, along with corporate, hospitality, and private clients across the U.S. + internationally. He has also appeared on the television series: The Chosen.

While his early career included live performance, his work today centers on event design, production oversight, and experiential strategy—ensuring every element supports the purpose of the event, not just the visuals.

With a background in marketing, branding, and photography, Joseph approaches events through the lens of storytelling—how moments are experienced, remembered, and aligned with the values of the people in the room.

ROSE WILD

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
SALES + LOGISTICS + DESIGNER

Rose Wild is the Creative Director at Hana Events + Experiences, where she leads creative vision, client experience, and operational flow across complex event environments. She works at the intersection of design, logistics, and people—ensuring ideas translate cleanly from concept to execution.

With a foundation in classical ballet and STOTT Pilates, Rose developed a strong eye for form, structure, and movement early on. During her ballet years, she also produced large-scale ballet productions, gaining hands-on experience coordinating performers, rehearsals, spacing, and show flow—skills that continue to shape how she approaches event design today.

Her background in aerial arts, fire, and performance informs how she designs moments—not for attention, but for timing, pacing, and impact within the room.

Beyond the creative, Rose plays a critical role in sales coordination and on-the-ground logistics, helping clients navigate options clearly while keeping teams aligned behind the scenes. She is known for balancing aesthetics with practicality—making sure what’s imagined can actually be executed well.



Her work supports Hana’s larger philosophy: thoughtful experiences, intentional design, and environments that feel cohesive rather than overproduced.

TARA CANCILLA

FINANCES + PAYROLL + PERFORMER

Tara Cancilla oversees financial operations and payroll at Hana Events + Experiences, ensuring performers, vendors, and partners are handled with accuracy, consistency, and trust. Her role sits at the intersection of people and process—supporting the business so the creative work can move cleanly and sustainably.

Raised in a dance studio by a mother who owned and operated one, movement has been a constant in Tara’s life. That background gives her a deep respect for performers, timing, and the realities of life on show days—something that directly informs how she approaches her work behind the scenes.



In addition to her operational role, Tara performs with Hana when appropriate, bringing a grounded, present energy shaped by years of training in modern, jazz, hip hop, and Polynesian dance. Her understanding of both the administrative and human sides of events makes her a steady anchor within the team.

BENJAMIN LERMAN

LAS VEGAS MANAGER

Benjamin Lerman is a Las Vegas–based aerialist and acrobat with over a decade of experience delivering high-level performance within large-scale productions, corporate environments, and international touring shows. He brings a disciplined, production-minded approach to every project—balancing creative impact with logistical precision.

Benjamin made his entertainment debut in 2015 and gained national recognition through America’s Got Talent (Season 10). His work has since spanned major Las Vegas Strip venues and productions, including The Balllys Hotel & Casino, Circus Circus Las Vegas, and international touring shows such as Cirque de la Symphonie, Cirque Dreams, and productions under the Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group. He has also performed internationally with Armed Forces Entertainment in Japan and appeared as a guest performer on Tu Si Que Vales (Italy).

In addition to performing, Benjamin plays a key leadership role within Hana Events + Experiences as our Las Vegas Manager, overseeing talent integration, act curation, and on-the-ground execution for complex events. His experience working inside large productions allows him to anticipate challenges early, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure seamless collaboration between performers, producers, and clients.

Benjamin lives in Las Vegas with his partner, Morgan Jane, and works closely with us to deliver polished, production-ready experiences for corporate and private clients in Las Vegas & worldwide.

MACA MENESES

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
ADMIN + SCHEDULING + MARKETING

Maca Meneses supports our core operations, ensuring that communication, scheduling, and internal systems stay clear, responsive, and on track.

Based in Colombia, she works closely with our leadership to manage calendars, client correspondence, project coordination, and marketing support across multiple time zones.



With a background in executive assistance, logistics, and marketing, Maca brings both structure and care to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps projects moving smoothly. She is often the first point of contact for clients and partners, known for her calm presence, reliability, and attention to detail.

Maca is fluent in English and Spanish and plays a key role in maintaining continuity between creative vision and day-to-day execution.
